Dr. Psaltis is now working with University at
Sea to deliver high value continuing education in pediatric
dental topics. The programs are fully accredited for all dental
personnel and the cruises, of course, are also open to family

His first three cruise experiences were the "70th D-Day
anniversary cruise"with Holland American, a Royal
Caribbean cruise from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Labadee,
Haiti, Falmouth, Jamaica, Georgetown, Grand Cayman and Cozumel,
Mexico and then another Caribbean cruise from San Juan, Puerto
Rico to St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Curacao and Aruba.
Dr. Psaltis was just contacted by University at Sea and the next
cruise will be a European cruise. The program content has not
yet been determined, but every effort will be made to add new
material for those of you who have attended previous programs.
As always, the emphasis in the program will be pediatric
dentist, but Dr. Psaltis's wife, Mary Ellen, is a certified
nutritionist and it appears that she will present material as a
part of the program. The Oregon Academy of General Dentistry
will be providing the CE credits and it has already approved
The cruise itself will be from July 28 through August 4, 2019.
The cruise will begin in Barcelona, Spain and will stop in
Palma, Mallorca, Marseilles, France, Florence, Italy, Rome,
Italy and Naples, Italy and return to Barcelona. It looks like
another stimulating itinerary and we will do all we can to
ensure that the educational element will likewise be excellent
for all attendees.
